Keraf® Sorafenib Tosylate Tablets are a multi-target oral medication for treating tumors, with dual anti-tumor actions. It inhibits tumor angiogenesis by blocking VEGFR and PDGFR and suppresses tumor cell proliferation by blocking the Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, indirectly inhibiting tumor cell growth. It was approved for market in August 2020. It is primarily used for the treatment of renal cancer, liver cancer, and thyroid cancer.
