Product Introduction

Yisuda® Suraxavir Marboxil Tablets are a novel antiviral medication for the treatment of uncomplicated influenza A and B in otherwise healthy adolescents (12 years and older) and adults. This treatment is not intended for patients at high risk of influenza-related complications. The drug works by inhibiting the CAP-dependent endonuclease of the influenza virus, blocking its replication and transmission, thus exerting its antiviral effect. With a convenient single-dose regimen, Yisuda® offers rapid and reliable efficacy. It has demonstrated robust clinical benefits in both influenza A and B, as well as avian influenza strains. Clinical studies show a median viral clearance time of 22 hours and fever resolution in 19.7 hours, significantly reducing symptom duration and transmission risk. Additionally, Yisuda® has a favorable resistance profile, with mutation rates below 1%, and its safety data are comparable to placebo, ensuring high treatment safety.

Yisuda® Suraxavir Marboxil Tablets were approved for market in March 2025, as the first domestically developed RNA polymerase inhibitor targeting the PA site. The Phase III clinical trial results were published in the prestigious global medical journal Nature Medicine (Impact Factor: 58.7). Its raw materials  are sourced from domestic suppliers, ensuring a stable supply of medicines during peak flu seasons and breaking the dependence on imported drugs. Yisuda® provides an efficient and reliable new treatment option for the Chinese population to combat influenza, with its novel mechanism of action, excellent clinical efficacy, low resistance, and high safety.
